Holly suggested this gown to me … what dress, you ask? The gown made of this fabric, which is listed here, by the eBay seller Aphrodite Eternal. Which is a fitting name for somebody selling a gown made from heart-emblazoned fabric, isn’t it?
I like that the hearts are yellow (and likewise blue, not seen in picture above). If the hearts were red as well as pink, I most likely would have yawned as well as never even clicked on the thumbnail picture … I believe that this wish for colors outside the traditional iconography perhaps be a pervasive part of my mental makeup. It goes with the blue flowers obsession as well as my constant browse for marimba/xylophone covers of most of the major pop tunes of the last four decades.
